**Expiration date of the product should be from December 2016 onwards.

2. Write you name, age, home address, contact number, the name of your chosen public school, and signature on a piece of paper.



* The public school must be in the DepEd Masterlist to qualify. View the list here.

3. Place the paper with your information and the entries (empty pack or packs of MILO products) in a WHITE LEGAL SIZE ENVELOPE. Entries must be in good condition clean, complete and easy to read.

*For MILO Ready-to-Drink, just cut the washed top part of the pack as proof of purchase like in the video below:


4. Write at the back of the WHITE LEGAL SIZE ENVELOPE the following: “MILO® CHAMPANALO MILYON-MILYON RAFFLE PROMO” and the pack size.



5. Submit your entries in designated dropboxes located at DZRH, Love Radio and Yes FM Radio Stations, you can find them also in participating groceries and supermarkets nationwide.
