Just purchase any participating EQ products: EQ Plus with Soft Cottony Cover, EQ Colors, or EQ Dry with Magic Tapes. Put the required number of EQ packs/wrappers together with your contact details in an envelope. Drop your entries in drop boxes in McDonald's food outlets.
75 lucky winners will be pick in the 1st and 2nd raffle while 150 winners will be chosen in the Grand draw. Each of the winners will receive one (1) McDonald's Birthday Party Certificate worth P10,000.
Instruction:
Place your entry in an envelope, with the number of corresponding EQ packs. Together with a piece of paper that contains the following information:

Gender
Address
Contact Numbers
Email Address (if any)
Signature
Baby's Name, Gender and Birthday
If the EQ packs is incomplete your entry will be disqualified.
You can submit your entries through a) drop boxes at major McDonald's stores
b) Mail or hand-carry to JS Unitrade (JSU) offices.
One (1) raffle entry is equivalent to the required number of EQ packs.
