1. Collect 2 proof of purchase (empty single sachet of KOPIKO BLANCA with 30gms in each sachet)
2. Placed the two (2) empty single sachet of KOPIKO BLANCA (30gms each) in an envelope.
- the sachet should be at least 3⁄4 size of the original sachet, no severe damage aside from the normal tearing and cutting of the top and/or corner; burnt, faded or mutilated wrappers will not be considered valid.
- Sachets must have a printed expiration date of at least January 2016 or later.
3. Fill up the following information at the back of the Envelope:
